Oba Of Benin's Son threatens to drag Oshiomhole to court

As the dust raised by recent demolition of official residence of some staff  of the University of Benin by Edo State Governor, Mr. Adams Oshiomhole is yet to settle down; one of the princes of the royal dynasty of Benin,  Prince Ekpen Erediauwa last week raised alarm that he was  being harassed by the state governor over a piece of land he duly acquired from the Federal Government.

The controversial land situated at Okorotu Area, GRA in Benin City was said to have been acquired by the prince many years ago  while he wondered why the governor chose to invade the landed property this time.
Prince Ekpen Erediauwa clearly stated that the controversy was non-political as he still belongs to the All Progressives Congress.
Prince Ekpen Erediauwa, a former Oredo Local Government Council Caretaker Committee Chairman threatened to go to court over what he called harassment by the governor.
Meanwhile, Edo State chapter of Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), has described the action of the governor as blatant desperation and abomination to the Benin Kingdom.
