Ogun Senatorial Candidates, Lanre Tejuosho, Busola Sodipo Clark Complain Over ‘Faulty’ Electoral Process

The Ogun state Central Senatorial candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Lanre Tejuoso was among several thousands of residents that were denied the opportunity to partake in the Presidential and National Assembly elections held today due to his inability to obtain his Permanent Voters Card (PVC). Tejuoso, who displayed his Temporary Voters Card (TVC) expressed sadness over the incident which he said made him not to be able to vote for himself.  Tejuoso bemoaned the faulty and malfunction of the INEC card readers.

Also, the Ogun state PDP Senatorial candidate Dr. Busola Sodipo Clark said that, she would have preferred an extension, if she is capable of doing so because of the card reader problem. " What I can see from the accreditation so far is that there was a massive turnout, my only concern is with the card reader, a lot of people have come out and the card reader seem not to be working, so  they have to fill the Incident form and others having to wait to be accredited manually, that is really my concern now".   She argued that the card readers should have been well tested before the election day..
