According to entertainment redefined, this reportedly happened in Assam, India. The guy who posted it
on twitter didn’t give much details. He only said; “Ugandan women are
tortured, raped, humiliated and killed without help in Middle East
Countries”. What could be the offense of this lady? Barbaric!
