of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha who identified leadership
qualities inherent in him by fishing him out again to serve as his new
Secretary To The State Government (SSG).
before now, he has served as a Special Adviser on Internally General Revenue to Chairman, Board of Internal Revenue, Local Government Service Commission, he was at another time given the task of being the Commissioner for Special Duties, before he was appointed Chief of Staff.
