Contrary to what was being circulated about businessman
and entrepreneur, Mahmood Ahmadu, it has been learnt that he has never been
charged with any money laundering allegations.
A certain national newspaper had erroneously circulated the
news then that he was wanted in the UK and indeed was being charged for money
laundering.
The man in the eye of the storm has described such news as
malicious with the intent of damaging his hard-earned reputation.
He believes since he
freedom of information bill has been passed, any media interested in finding out
the truth is free to do his findings and come out with diligent investigations before going to press.
