It is no
longer at ease between Chief Afam Obiago, a special adviser to the governor of Delta
State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan and the first daughter, Jennifer.
The
governor’s aide who offers advice on Economic policy to the governor is at
present at war with the daughter to the point that he is denying ever giving
birth to her.
According to
tale bearers, Jennifer is the first daughter of the very influential man but he
had her out of wedlock.
We have it
on good source that the father and daughter relationship broke down many years
ago because of the fact that the father
got married to another lady whom he
refers to as the legitimate one. No matter how hard Jenifer tried, she has
always met a brick wall when it comes to bridging their relationship. Jennifer
had in the past contacted the Human Rights Organization to help her in making
her father see reasons why he has to look her direction. But the adamant father
responded with his lawyer instead of resolving the issue; he still insisted he
wants nothing to do with her.
Jenifer, who
dropped out from the University of Abuja because of the issues with the father
is now suffering depression which has affected her mental state.
