Breaking! Tinubu orders ward chairmen, Exco To Vote Ambode …As Delegates List Still Missing

If you are one of those who believe former governor of Lagos and APC chieftain Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu has completely taken his hands off the selection process of who takes over from Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola, then you must be living in dreamland.  This is because the strong politician is doing
everything possible to make sure that his anointed becomes the next governor of the state of excellence.
It is on record that the former governor invited the aspirants to his Boudilon Ikoyi home when top members of the party alleged imposition. At the meeting the Jagaban Borgu told the aspirants that he has no anointed candidate; that all of them should go and do their home work. Nevertheless, those who should know reliably informed us that Tinubu is still hell bent on his choice of Akinwunmi Ambode to take over from BRF

Just as the party and the aspirants are getting set to slug it out in few days time, Asiwaju seems to have perfected a way to see that his preferred candidate Akinwunmi Ambode becomes the flag bearer. He was said to have invited the the state Excos of the party and the ward chairmen to the APC’s  Ikorodu Road  Lagos office where he passed to them a standing order that their votes must go to no one but Ambode. These party men were also said to have collected money from the former governor through his proxy.

However, many of the other aspirants are still very worried because they have not set their eyes on the delegates ‘list. Tinubu, like we reported earlier on cityrovers.blogspot.com has perfected a plan that has seen the delegates being reduced to just 20 local government areas of the state instead of the 57 local governments that is recognized by the state.
