Breaking News! Orubebe Apologises For His Action...Says He Reget The National Embarrassment

An action that could well be described as "National Embarrassment" was publicly exhibited today by a former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe during the declaration of result at the World Press Conference Centre, Abuja, was managed effectively by the calmness and intelligence of INEC Chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega. But the statesman who worked as PDP agent during the Presidential elections has apologized to Nigerians for his infamous act during the results collation.

Orubebe said he sincerely regretted his action as he allowed his emotion to betray him. He pleaded with Niger Delta youths not to perpetrate violence because of the election of the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen. Muhammadu Buhari. He explained that politics is an emotional thing and that was what happened and it is not something he would want to happen again.

Double Wahala: Asari Dokubo Blasts Buhari Again...Threatens Havoc If Jonathan Loses

When the two major competitors of the Saturday March 28, 2015 Presidential election signed another accord at the early hour of today, many were of the opinion that the politicians and their supporters are ready to play the card gentlemanly but within 24 hours of the peace deal, members of the Niger Delta People Salvation Front, NDPSF, volunteers, led by Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, have threatened that disaster would happen in Nigeria should former Head of State, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, attempt to cause chaos after losing the election.

Vanguard newspaper reports that the group made the statement Thursday morning during a rally held in the streets of Warri, Delta State. It was reported that the rally which was attended by thousands of youths caused unprecedented traffic in a show of strong solidarity and support for President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan’s re election.
